OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Life-Like Taxidermy has agreed to mount your trophy on the terms
and conditions below.
We at Life Like taxidermy Studio will make every effort to
return your trophy as soon as possible. Taxidermy is a step by
step process as well as an art. Due to the season harvest, the
taxidermy process, the art of taxidermy, and the tannery
facility itself it is impossible to give you anything more than
an " ESTIMATED " return date. Quality can not be rushed. You
will be contacted as soon as your trophy is complete.
We have the right to refuse any trophy at any point in the
taxidermy process due to damage acquired in the harvest,
storage or care of the trophy before arriving at our facility.
When a trophy arrives frozen it is impossible to examine its
condition. We reserve the right to fully thaw and carefully
inspect the trophy for damage. You will be contacted if any
damage is found. We will explain your options and we will only
continue at you request. A statement will be signed and dated by
you stating you have been informed of the damage and it is your
choice to continue the process.
If at any time you choose to discontinue you mounting process
there will be a $30.00 storage fee, $70.00 skinning, fleshing
fee, and a fee estimated on the amount of labor and materials
used up to that point in the process.
Life-Like Taxidermy and or its employees will not be held
responsible or liable in any way for damage or lose of your
trophy due to natural causes, disaster, uncontrollable
situations such as but not limited to tornadoes, floods, other
weather conditions, fires, power outages, freezer damage,
etc......
No finished trophy will be picked up until paid in full. No
trophy will be started until 50% deposit is paid.
You will have sixty days after completion contact to pick up
your trophy. After sixty days you risk the sale of your trophy,
finance charges, or court action. No exceptions. Deposits are
non-refundable.
I understand and agree with this policy and terms and I
state that this trophy was taken by legal means. I agree I will
pick up my trophy within 60 days of contact, or make mutual
arrangements otherwise.
